Murari Tulsi Store is a devotional e-commerce initiative based in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. We are not a mass-production factory — we are a seva-oriented store offering Tulsi kanthi malas prepared with devotion.

Our physical shop is located on Parikrama Marg, and the same care and sincerity offered there is reflected in every online order we ship.

3. Nature of Products

All products sold on our website are devotional items. Tulsi wood is a natural, living material and therefore variations in color, grain, size, or texture are completely natural.

These variations are signs of authenticity, not defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural differences.

4. Orders & Confirmation

When you place an order, you are requesting us to prepare and ship a Tulsi mala for you. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

In rare situations such as stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details, UPI IDs, or banking information.

6. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Orders are packed and shipped with care using trusted delivery partners. Standard delivery usually takes 6–10 days, but it may take longer depending on your location, courier service, weather, or local restrictions.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delays are beyond our direct control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sacred and personal nature of Tulsi malas, we generally do not accept returns or refunds.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with proper details so we can assist you fairly.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including your delivery address and contact details.

Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to failed delivery, for which Murari Tulsi Store cannot be held responsible.
